Campfire dinner

April 11, 2010

Bangalow pork chops marinated in Pete’s plum sauce and a little soy sauce grilling over the fire. Pumpkin, potato and onion roasting in the coals and soon to be slathered in butter. And marshmallows roasted in the fire for dessert ofcourse!

Plum sauce with pork? Delicious. I love BBQ’d anything.

It was delicious. I love bbq’d food too, specially when it is cooked over a wood fire or coals.

No this was on our camping trip – about two and a half hours north of Sydney in a national park with a lake on one side and the beach on the other – very nice indeed!
